This deluxe apartment building was finished construction in the summer of 2009. The large windows in all rooms make this a very bright and sunny apartment with great views. All furnishings, appliances and linens are brand new. The apartment is complete with all conveniences including wireless internet, Cable TV with CNN, BBC World News and Fox News, plus telephone for local calls. All linens and towels, small hair dryer, iron and ironing board are supplied. The kitchen includes upright large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, all utensils, china, glasses, and microwave. All rooms are air conditioned with seperate units and temperature controls.Rentals include weekly maid service with fresh linens and towels plus additional maid service is available at reasonable rates. You can work up a sweat in the top floor gymnasium and then take a refreshing dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool! Many owners,residents, and guests in this building are members of the LGBT community. The largest park in Buenos Aires is just a five minute walk from the apartment and you can easily enjoy the Botanical Gardens, the Zoo Gardens, The Rose Gardens, and the Japanese Gardens. Even the Evita Museum is close by! Palermo is often referred to as "The real gay Pot Of Gold at the end of the Rainbow".
