Each of our units are fully furnished one bedroom apartments. They have full kitchens, central heat and air, and a private patio or balcony with ocean view. We feature deluxe bedding, a 32" flat screen TV with Cinamax, Iphone and Ipod dock radio, travertine baths, and DVD player. Well behaved furry friends are always welcome with an additional fee.

Rates:
Patio rooms Sun-Thurs $99 night Fri-Sat $129 night. $550 weekly, $1500 monthly
Balcony rooms Sun-Thurs $129 night Fri-Sat $149 night. $700 weekly, $1800 monthly
Minimum stay one week during holidays, Gator bowl, TPC, spring break 50% deposit required for reservation. Cancellation prior to 2 weeks fully refundable. Price includes cleaning. Pet fee $40 per visit.
Return guests are always given a 10% discount on applicable room rate.
