Additional information about rental rates
Rates are per ngith and do not include 14.24% tax.
Rates do include COMPLIMENTARY local and toll-free calls, high speed wireless internet, cable TV with movie channel, access to the local fitness centre and Vancouver Aquatic Centre and housekeeping service twice per week.
Most 1-bedroom suites accommodate a maximum of 3 guests and 2-bedroom suites can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. There is an additional fee for a 3rd guest sharing a 1-bedroom suite and for a 5th and or 6th guest sharing a 2-bedroom suite.
Limited self parking is available at $12.50 plus 33% tax per night.
Pets are welcome guests and a pet cleaning fee of $15.00 plus tax per night or maximum $75.00 plus tax applies. Guests are responsible for any damage to property or suite.
Rates vary based on lenght of stay, season, holidays and special events. Premium pricing may apply for high demand periods.
Each suite type comes with various floor plans and bedding. A number of suites feature wood burning fireplaces. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
