Condo Paloma

Condo Paloma is a quaint and cozy condo in a small friendly complex of 11 units in the Romantic Zone of Old Town Puerto Vallarta.  This area has maintained it's old Spanish style charm with cobblestone streets and red tile rooftops while unobtrusively incorporating many of the more modem conveniences. The complex is on a quiet street directly across from the Blue Seas beachfront condos making it about a 2 min. walk to Los Muertos beach and directly down the steps to  the famous Blue Chairs Beach Club  . Although on a quiet street that leads to many private estates, it's still only a few blocks to the Olas Altas area where you will find a wonderful combination of colorful Mexican markets and tiendas, upscale boutiques, fine dining, art galleries and exciting nightlife. From the condo it is a 10 min. stroll along the ocean to the main downtown square and  "Malecon". This condo has a/c, cable TV, high speed internet, an oversized sofa that can comfortably sleep one extra person and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The complex offers on site manager/concierge, daily maid service and night security. There are two patio areas that provide a panoramic view of the ocean and the entire Bay of Banderas. One is on the rooftop and has an entertainment/barbeque area and the other is on a lower level with a pool.
