With panoramic views of the entire resort, Herradura Bay and the Pacific, the public areas of this quiet neighborhood within Los Sueños’ Vista Bahia community feature the elements of modern and eclectic Spanish colonial revival architecture: low clay-tiled rooflines, stucco exteriors, courtyards, and water features. Villa Tranquila’s open-plan communal living space opens to a spacious covered terrace that leads to private gardens and pool. Creamy white interiors and terra cotta-hued ceramic flooring throughout emphasize the tropical design and furnishings of this 4-bed, 4.5-bath home; includes a separate guesthouse with an additional en suite bedroom. The master suite and one guest room have separate balconies for more privacy while enjoying the sunsets over the Pacific. The master bathroom features a large Jacuzzi and walk-in shower, complete with ocean views.

The villa is located within an exclusive gated complex and includes access to the Beach Club and brand new fitness center. There's also a marina, shops and dining within the complex.
