This furnished home (1722 square feet) in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico (state of Guanajuato) is available for weekly and monthly rentals.
Location: Calle Soledad #15 in Colonia Santa Julia (on google maps) at the corner of Calle Potrero de San Jose.
We are located exactly 1 mile from El Jardin (where the Parrochia church is), an easy walk on paved sidewalks. The last photo below is a map showing the house relative to the rest of the town.

Additional information about rental rates
One week minimum stay.
Regular rates by the week for 2-4 people
$600 - $800 week..
$1,200 - $1,400 month (based on 28 nights)
$30 per person per night for extra nights
Long-Term rates negotiable
Pets welcome, but this is not a good house for children. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
$300 refundable security deposit, additonal deposit per pet. Full rental amount due 30 days prior to rental. Upon property inspection and review of gas and phone bills, if there are no damages or excessive phome or utilities charges deposit will be returned.
Rent includes all costs except household gas usage (approximately $15/wk,depending on how much hot water and gas oven is used).
Standard vacation rental contract must be signed.
This is not a slapdash rental house. It is our home part of the year and we like luxury!
